• How do I make payment for the services?
  Upon booking, we'll provide you with our banking details offline for payment processing. A 60% advance payment is required upon booking, with the remaining 40% due upon completion of the assignment.
• What happens if we miss our scheduled appointment?
  Our team maintains a high level of professionalism, striving to adhere to schedules. However, in the rare event of a missed appointment, we'll refund your advance payment in full and offer an additional 10% discount on your next order.
• Where do your services take place? Can we request service at your office location??
  Our team primarily operates remotely. While we are open to onsite service requests, additional charges for commute and accommodation may apply, depending on your location and our team's availability. Please inform us in advance if onsite service is preferred, and we'll endeavor to allocate a technician in close proximity.
• Can I request a specific professional?
  Absolutely! We welcome requests for particular professionals. However, availability depends on their prior commitments and bookings. If your preferred professional is unavailable, we may need to reschedule or offer an alternative option.
